MADE Makerspace in St. Louis has a ton of woodworking equipment in our woodshop. It’s our most popular area in the shop, for a good reason! Members from all experience levels use the space to build furniture, create inspirational artwork, hone in their woodworking skills.

We’ve had a variety of unique woodworking projects pass through our woodshop. One member used it to build a kitchen for her sprinter van, and traveled up and down the west coast with it! Another member planes locally-harvested slabs of wood for tabletops and shelves. A couple of retired locals will work for hours on the wood lathe, turning walnut and cherry bowls in their free time.
