A bead roller is a simple gear-and-crank driven tool that uses male and female rolling dies to press form the metal into shape. There many different dies for different tooling profiles, including wiring, burring, crimping, and even ogee curves. The bead roller is used to form and reinforce metal for auto, aeronautical, and HVAC projects.

The Jet RM-22N has a 7” throat depth, includes 6 tooling profiles, and 22 gauge mild steel capacity. You can learn how to use MADE’s metal shop in a metals class or training session, sign up here!
